Pensam Residential of Miami, FL acquired a leasehold interest in The Kennedy, a recently completed, Class A, 306-unit multifamily property in Brooks on San Antonio’s southeast side. Pensam Residential already owns and operates the 300-unit Landings, which is adjacent to The Kennedy at 7714 Kennedy Hill Dr. The acquisition represents Pensam’s seventh in the San Antonio area.

NRP Group developed and owned the property, which was built for $39.1 million. NRP was also the Landings’ developer. Brooks is listed as the land’s owner.

The property offers one and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 690 to 1,395 square feet. Monthly rents start at $1,040. Amenities include a digital café and fitness center, a pet park, pool and picnic areas with barbecue grills and a community garden.
