Pennsylvania Investor Eyeing 98 Acres

Alliance Partners HSP, headquartered in Bryn Mawr, PA, is eyeing a close to 100-acre airport area site in Nashville, TN. Specifically, the company, which owns the Nashville City Center office building, is interested in redeveloping the 97.9-acre site at 1431 Vultee Blvd. in Nashville.

Triumph Group Inc., also headquartered in Pennsylvania, put the property, which totals 2.2 million square feet, up for sale in 2016. Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Aircraft Division has occupied the site, under different names, for the past 75 years. The area has been the target of environmental investigations.

Public comments are currently being solicited on a brownfield voluntary agreement between Alliance HSP Nashville Airport LLC, and the Department of Environment and Conservation’s division of remediation.
