Pennington Partners Launches New RE Investment Vertical  

Pennington Partners & Co has launched Pennington Real Estate Partners (PREP), a new branch focusing on direct investments in both residential and commercial real estate across the U.S.  

This venture aims to leverage tax-advantaged avenues like opportunity zones and structured equity alongside senior secured lending. To lead this initiative, Taylor Coe and Alex Rongione, previously of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, have joined as managing directors and members of the PREP Investment Committee.
