Pendo to Relocate Corporate Headquarters to Downtown Raleigh in 2022

Software company Pendo has announced plans to occupy five floors and 125,000 square feet of a new 19-story tower in Downtown Raleigh. The 300,000-square-foot building, located at 301 Hillsborough St., is the first of three towers planned for a nearly two-acre mixed-use project being developed by The Fallon Company.

Designed by Durham-based Duda, Paine Architects, PA, 301 Hillsborough will also include 10,000 square feet of retail and more than 650 parking spaces.

Completion of the high-rise is scheduled for late 2021. Pendo will move all employees from it’s current Fayetteville Street office to it’s future corporate headquarters in early 2022. Pendo currently counts 337 employees, who work in six offices around the world: Raleigh, San Francisco, New York City, Herzliya, Israel, London, and Sheffield, U.K.
