Pembrook Closes on 1st Mortgage for Yorkville Resi Development

Pembrook Capital Management has closed on a $32.75-million first mortgage loan to finance a condominium project within a carefully-restored Beaux Arts mansion in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Located at 320 E. 82nd St., Park Mansion offers six full-floor luxury units.

“We believe the sponsor has created a very special living experience within an irreplaceable historic building envelope,” said Pembrook CEO Stuart J. Boesky. “We’re pleased to support the business plan for the asset by providing the necessary financing.”

The circa-1900 Park Mansion was designed by architecture firm Janes & Leo for the Emanu-El Sisterhood of Personal Service. In its current iteration, the property offers condo units ranging from 2,243 to 4,447 square feet, each with outdoor space of up to 1,283 square feet.
