Pembroke’s Office Tower in South Lake Union Now Fully Leased

Pembroke announced that office space at its property, 400 Fairview, is fully leased, with the addition of two new tenants, Group14 Technologies and Skanska. Skanska was also the developer and general contractor of 400 Fairview.

JLL arranged the new leases, including approximately 26,000 square feet for Group14 Technologies, which is consolidating its Seattle spaces. Skanska also leased a full floor for 26,000 square feet in a relocation from a smaller office space in Seattle.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing these two companies to 400 Fairview and are excited to share all that the building has to offer,” said Stacey Spurr at Pembroke. The 14-story building features wide-open, flexible floor plans, natural sunlight and views of the Olympics, Lake Union, and urban Seattle. 400 Fairview’s bustling retail space, Fairview Market Hall, is home to a mixture of eateries, bars and artisan coffee shops.
