Pembroke Properties Closes Several New Office Leases, Renewals in DC
International real estate business Pembroke announced a series of new leases and lease renewals at 1201 New York and 1801 Penn, two of the firm’s properties in Washington, D.C.
The CBRE team representing Pembroke at 1201 New York includes Amy Bowser, Brooks Brown and Will Donohue. The Cushman & Wakefield team representing Pembroke at 1801 Penn includes Mark Wooters, Michael Katcher, John Skolnik and Kyle McFadden.
Incoming tenants to 1201 New York include the International Franchise Association (IFA) and Firehouse Strategies. 1801 Penn has secured 33,000 square feet of new leases during the past twelve months, having added four new tenants.

With the Washington, D.C. office market vacancy rate at 22.4%, according to a Q2 2024 report from CBRE, both 1201 New York and 1801 Penn are outperforming the market with occupancy rates of 87% and 93%, respectively.
