Peloton Takes Full-Building Industrial Space in Carteret

Peloton Interactive signed a 156,068-square-foot industrial lease at 1500 Blair Rd. in Carteret, NJ. The technology-enabled fitness company will utilize the full-building space as a warehouse/distribution and fulfillment center.

The CBRE team of Scott Belfer and Lou Belfer negotiated the long-term lease transaction on behalf of Peloton Interactive. Additionally, CBRE’s Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato, Larry Schiffenhaus, Anastasia Lazarides, Lauren Griffith and Gerard Monahan represented the ownership of 1500 Blair Rd., AEW.

“Peloton Interactive needed a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution facility with convenient access to the New Jersey Turnpike that was also in close proximity to New York City and near a robust labor pool,” said SVP Scott Belfer. “1500 Blair Rd. fit our client’s requirements perfectly, and its location was a key factor in its decision to commit to a long-term lease for the entire complex.”
