Peloton Spins into 3055 Enterprise Ct.
Peloton Inc. recently leased the entire space at 3055 Enterprise Ct. in Vista. The 90,615-square-foot industrial building features 20 dock-high positions, 28-foot clear height and heavy power.
The landlord is Vista Commerce Leasing No. 4 LP. The tenant, Peloton Inc., was represented by Roger Carlson and Blake Wilson of CBRE.
Peloton uses a combination of technology, content and instructors to empower its millions-strong community through fitness. The Peloton library of classes with curated music is designed to keep customers coming back, and exercisers can reach goals at home on their own time.
