Peloton Rides into Warehouse Space in Milvado Portfolio

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Indoor cycling pioneer Peloton has signed a lease to be closer to its Long Island-based members, opting for 13,800 square feet of warehouse space at Milvado Property Group’s 99 Lafayette Ave. in Syosset, NY. Peloton was represented by Paul Leone of CBRE, and Milvado was represented in-house by David Hercman.

Citing “an exponential increase” in Peloton members across Nassau and Suffolk counties, Peloton VP Jamie Beck said the 99 Lafayette space would “help us successfully support the increased delivery needs in this vicinity, further enabling us to meet the high quality and customer service standards of Peloton that our members expect.”

Situated on 11 acres, 99 Lafayette is a 220,000-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial and office building. It features ceiling heights up to 24 feet.
