Peloton Cycling to Legacy Central, Inks 28K-SF Deal
Peloton, the indoor cycling company, signed a 27,518-square-foot lease at Legacy Central in Plano, TX. The space will be a regional campus to support Peloton’s New York headquarters, and is the first member-support hub outside New York City. The deal was struck following an extensive evaluation of four U.S. markets.
The Peloton space is at 6600 Chase Oaks Blvd., and the tenant plans a Q3 2018 move in. “Dallas is a very important market for Peloton,” said Peloton’s Brad Olson. “Our showroom at NorthPark Center in Dallas has been one of our top-performing locations nationally since it opened in 2015. And, in just the past nine months, we opened a new showroom at Legacy West in Plano and a Field Operations site in Arlington.”
Noreen Mehdi Weathers and Baron Aldrine with CBRE represented Peloton. Nathan Durham with Transwestern represented the Legacy Central landlord, Regent Properties.
