Pekarcik Joins Kidder Mathews’ Irvine Office
Kidder Mathews has welcomed Alan Pekarcik, SIOR as Executive Vice President at the Orange County office, specializing in investment properties. Pekarcik brings more than 35 years of experience and a portfolio of over 1,200 sale and lease transactions worth $4.7 million.

Prior to joining Kidder, Pekarcik was a top producer at Avison Young and Voit, as well as Senior Vice President at Kilroy Realty.
