PEI Group Signs New Lease at RXR’s 530 Fifth Avenue
PEI Group, a business intelligence platform that connects investment professionals across global markets, has signed a ten-year lease at RXR’s 530 Fifth Avenue in New York. The firm will be relocating from its current office at 130 W 42nd Street to occupy 14,341 square feet on the 14th floor of the building.
“PEI Group was drawn to 530 Fifth Avenue due to the boutique nature of the asset, the diverse tenant roster, amenities, and proximity to transit, specifically Grand Central Terminal with the recent addition of the LIRR, East Side Access,” said a spokesperson from PEI Group.
The deal was facilitated by William Elder, Andrew Ackerman, and Walter Rooney of RXR, as well as John Ryan, Brooks Hauf, and Patrick Steffens of Avison Young. PEI Group was represented by Joseph Gervino of Avison Young.
