Pegasus Completes Three Chicago Region Retail Property Deals

Pegasus has completed three recent retail property transactions across the Chicago metropolitan area valued at nearly $8 million, spanning multi-tenant retail, single-tenant net lease, and structured finance.

“These transactions highlight Pegasus’ ability to provide tailored solutions across acquisitions, dispositions, and financing,” remarked David Chasin, Pegasus CEO. “Despite its challenges, Chicago remains one of the nation’s most active real estate markets. As the third largest city in the U.S. and the de facto financial capital of the Midwest, investors are drawn to Chicago’s combination of attractive yields and market depth.”

The properties include Chatham Plaza, located at 8301 South Holland Road in Chicago, a Starbucks location at 2575 Ogden Avenue in Aurora, and a multi-tenant retail and Home Depot outparcel site in
South Elgin.
