Pegasus Completes Project Management for Two LA Retail Developments

Pegasus has completed project management engagements for two prominent retail developments: Raising Cane’s first location within the City of Los Angeles (Westwood Village) and a new Honey Baked Ham franchise in Sherman Oaks. Serving as the owner’s project management advisor, Pegasus helped guide each project from planning through completion.

“Successful projects are built on thoughtful planning, clear communication, and disciplined execution,” said Mike McCanless, project manager. “Our responsibility is to help owners navigate the process from start to finish, coordinating the many moving parts so projects remain aligned with our clients’ objectives from the earliest stages of planning through project delivery.”

The successful outcomes in Westwood Village and Sherman Oaks reflect the continued expansion of Pegasus’ construction and project management practice, which provides oversight throughout the development process, including entitlement coordination, budgeting and scheduling, consultant procurement, contractor management, construction loan administration, tenant coordination, and post-completion asset management.
