Pediatrics Practice Continues Expansion with Bellmore Location

Colliers arranged a new 3,000-square-foot lease for Concierge Pediatrics at 2788 Merrick Rd. in Bellmore, NY. A Colliers team of Maria Valanzano and Steve D’Orazio represented the tenant in the transaction with landlord MK Bellmore Realty LLC.

The Bellmore location represents Concierge Pediatrics’ fourth practice and marks the company’s continued expansion across the Tri-State region. Current locations currently operate in Roslyn and Woodbury, NY, and Short Hills, NJ. The addition of Bellmore will further extend its reach into Long Island’s South Shore communities.

“Bellmore is where I launched my career as a pediatrician,” said Dr. Jonathan Jassey, founding pediatrician and chief medical officer at Concierge Pediatrics. “It means so much to me to return to this community and introduce a more personalized model of pediatric care.”

The property is part of a newly developed retail and medical corridor featuring complementary uses such as a dental clinic and other neighborhood-serving tenants.
