Pebb Capital, LeaseFlorida Open Hampton Inn Miami Beach

Multi-strategy real estate and private equity investment firm Pebb Capital, in partnership with LeaseFlorida, have announced the opening of Hampton Inn at The Continental in Miami Beach.

Designed by Abraham Herbert Mathes in the 1940s as the Continental Hotel, the five-story, historic building was restored to its former presentation of traditional Miami Modernist (MiMo) style. Prior to converting the property back to its original hotel status, it served as a condominium in the early 1990s, named The Continental on Collins Ave. Condo. The reopened hotel is located at 4000 Collins Ave., and features 100 rooms and a suite of amenities that include a fully-renovated pool, fitness center and business center.

“We’re thrilled to deliver this property in a coveted location and celebrate its ongoing architectural legacy, while ushering in the contemporary qualities of Hampton by Hilton,” said Todd Benson, principal at Pebb Capital. “This transformed property is a solid addition to our expanding portfolio, further demonstrating our commitment to creating one-of-a-kind destinations in high-density, urban markets.”

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
