PEBB, Banyan JV Bags $27M Financing for Boynton Beach Development
Boca Raton-based PEBB Enterprises and JV partner Banyan Development secured a $26.95 million construction loan for the development of Mainstreet at Boynton, a 16-acre mixed-use project in Boynton Beach. Buffalo, NY-based M&T Bank was the lender on a deal that closed on April 22.
Site work is underway at 6405 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. for a project expected to be a key catalyst for the West Boynton area. Shell construction is scheduled to be completed during Q2 2021, with delivery to tenants expected around that time or shortly after.
Banyan Development’s Jason Sher says, “The response from potential tenants has been tremendous. It speaks to the attractiveness of the development and strong demographics of the surrounding neighborhood.”
Popular organic grocer Sprouts is leasing 26,000 square feet to anchor the primary retail component of the project, with Wawa signed on to occupy an outparcel. Mainstreet at Boynton’s plans also include a 158-bed, 117,000-square-foot Congregate Living Facility (CLF).
