Pearce Commercial Secures 5K-SF Industrial Lease in North Haven

North Haven-based real estate brokerage firm Pearce Commercial has secured a 4,500-square-foot industrial lease in North Haven.

Dave Melillo of Pearce Commercial represented the tenant, Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC, in the transaction. The landlord is 355 Sackett Point Road LLC. The tenant is a part of the Clean Focus group, which originates, develops, finances, constructs, owns, and operates renewable energy projects in the United States, Taiwan, and China. This location will be one of three North American offices for the group.

The industrial facility was built in 1988 and totals 64,000 square feet.
