Peakline Real Estate Funds, LPC Break Ground on Naperville BTR Development

Peakline Real Estate Funds, in partnership with Lincoln Property Company, celebrated the official groundbreaking of The Claire, a 90-unit build-to-rent townhome community in Naperville, Illinois.

The Claire is Naperville’s first build-to-rent development, and the project will offer 34 two-story townhomes and 56 three-story rowhomes. The Claire is the second investment within Peakline’s Build To Rent Fund I, advancing the fund’s strategy of developing and acquiring dedicated single-family and townhome rental communities in markets with strong demographics, limited rental supply, and durable long-term demand.

The project team of partners includes FNBO, which is providing construction financing, as well asKinzie Builders as the general contractor. BSB is serving as both design architect and landscape architect, and V3 Companies is leading civil engineering efforts. Interior design is being crafted by Eleni Designers, while RPM Living will oversee leasing and property management for the community.
