Peak Properties Will Manage Leasing at Lincoln Park Resi Tower
Adding to its property management duties, Peak Properties, LLC has been appointed by Strategic Properties of North America to manage the leasing for 1749 N. Wells, a 22-story apartment building with 268 units in the North Side’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Originally built in two phases as a manufacturing building later converted to loft apartments and an apartment building built on the landsite to the west, the property went thru an extensive rehab and condominium deconversion in 2018. Today it’s a luxury rental building.
“Coming full circle on this project further validates our ability to succeed not only as a local management company that handles 100-unit properties and less to a company that has built a platform where we can succeed and compete with the ‘Big Boys’ on high-rise and full-service buildings,” said Mike Zucker, managing partner of Peak Properties.
