Peak Properties to Manage Lincoln Park Portfolio, Edgewater Apartments

Peak Properties, LLC has been selected for property management, leasing, and marketing for four third generation family-owned multifamily investment properties in Lincoln Park and one third generational asset in Edgewater that sold to a local family office. The assignments add 78 residential units and three commercial spaces to Peak’s client roster.  

The vintage brick property portfolio includes a total of 56 residential units and three commercial spaces, all 100% leased. They include 2330-32 N Clark St., 2715 N Hampden Ave., 2717 N Hampden Ave. and 

1720 N Hudson Ave. / 1721 N St. Michaels Ct.

In Edgewater, the new owners of the 22-unit 1634-38 W. Granville/6205-6211 N. Paulina Ave. chose to retain Peak Properties’ services.
