Peak Properties Tapped to Manage Newly Constructed MF in Chicago

Peak Properties LLC has been tapped to manage 3140 Clybourn, a new mixed-use building with 39 luxury units and over 3,100 square feet of commercial space. Cross Street exclusively leases and markets the apartments, and Range Group developed the property.
