Peak Properties Tapped for Gold Coast Deconversion

Peak Properties, LLC has been appointed to brand, lease, advise on construction and manage a 94-unit condominium deconversion at 1344 N. Dearborn St. in downtown’s Gold Coast neighborhood. The property was recently acquired with the intent to invest more than $3 million toward renovating both the individual units and common areas.

“Our team has a proven track record in managing the varied personalities and property details required in a deconversion process,” said Mike Zucker, managing partner at Peak Properties. “No two units are alike and this is what makes the deconversion process a specialty we are proud to excel in.”

Some units at 1344 N. Dearborn were highly renovated by the prior owners, while the units that have not been upgraded will receive an extensive finish package. The pet-friendly building also has 49 parking spaces, a rarity in this location.
