Peak Properties Takes Over Management of Luxury Apartments in Old Town

Peak Properties announced its newest management assignment at 1553 N. Wells Street, a boutique luxury community in the heart of Old Town. The property features 23 upscale apartments and one ground-floor commercial space, currently home to Philz Coffee.

The building is within one block of Second City, Foxtrot, Kamehachi, Corcoran’s, and Zanie’s. It’s situated near the neighborhood’s’ ALDI and Jewel-Osco, as well as a short walk to Lincoln Park and the Chicago History Museum. The property features red-brick exteriors, large windows, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-unit laundry and private balconies.
