Peak Properties Takes Over Management of Lincoln Park MF

Peak Properties announced the firm’s latest management assignment at 2052 N. Dayton St. in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. This classic townhouse features six renovated units with exposed brick walls.

The property, just off the Armitage Avenue shopping block, is situated near numerous boutiques, retail stores, and restaurants. The property is located five minutes from the Armitage bus, Brown and Purple lines, and the nearest Divvy bike docking station. It is also a two-minute walk to the Halsted Avenue bus.
