Peak Properties Lands Management of Cincinnati Real Estate Portfolio

Peak Properties has announced its latest assignment which will include taking over management of a substantial portfolio of 68 buildings and 660 units located near the University of Cincinnati.

This new portfolio comprises buildings ranging in size from six to 160 units, offering a diverse mix of housing options to serve the thriving Cincinnati market. Strategically situated within proximity to the University of Cincinnati, the portfolio is poised to house students, faculty, and residents alike.
