Peak Properties Hired to Manage and Update Bowmanville Apartments

Peak Properties, LLC has been retained to manage, update and lease a 52-unit apartment building located at 2000 W. Summerdale in the largely residential and quiet enclave of Bowmanville on Chicago’s North Side. The neighborhood is considered a subsection of the popular Lincoln Square, Andersonville, and Ravenswood neighborhoods.

“This property was in the same family for decades and simply adding basic amenities such as in-unit laundry, building wide wi-fi, a bike room, lobby updates, appropriate security, and updating the living areas will bring this asset (and NOI) up to today’s standards,” said Mike Zucker, managing partner for Peak Properties, LLC.

The brick walk-up building built in 1974 offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and offers convenient access to nearby dining, nightlife and cultural offerings in the Lincoln Square, Ravenswood and Andersonville neighborhoods.
