Peak Properties Extends South Side Footprint with Three-Property Portfolio

Peak Properties announced its latest management assignment for a three-property portfolio in Hyde Park.

Together, the properties add 57 apartments to Peak’s portfolio. The buildings, all within walking distance of the University of Chicago’s campus, are across the street from Washington Park and close to several CTA options, including bus stops at 51st and 53rd Streets.

The building is conveniently located near Trader Joe’s, Target, and Whole Foods, as well as the Smart Museum of Art and the DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center.
“We’re always happy to continue contributing to the Hyde Park neighborhood,” said Cory Eisenstein, VP of Property Management at Peak Properties. “This property is in a great central location to let residents experience everything the neighborhood has to offer.”

The properties feature classic red brick, and the buildings offer amenities such as laundry facilities, air conditioning, dishwashers, hardwood floors, and a bike room.
