Peak Properties Adds Vintage Andersonville Buildings to Portfolio

Peak Properties, LLC and Peak Realty have been tapped to take over management and leasing for 158 units in two vintage courtyard buildings located in Andersonville.

Offering a variety of studios and one- and two-bedroom layouts, each of the pet-friendly buildings offers newly renovated apartments with vintage detail and modern upgrades throughout, along with amenities. “1261 W Argyle St with 62 units and 1338 W Argyle St with 96 units offer the vintage charm of true Chicago architecture in newly renovated layouts. These locations are nothing short of exceptional,” says Mike Zucker, managing partner of Peak Properties.
