Peak Properties Adds Units Near Northwestern University to Portfolio

Peak Properties has taken over property management and leasing for two classic courtyard buildings, 2108 Sherman Ave and 2201 Maple Ave, which total 62 units and are located near Northwestern University and downtown Evanston.

Combined, the 62 units have 44 two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and 18 one-bedroom, one-bathroom rentals. The extra-large, abundantly light-filled apartments with separate living and dining rooms all have vintage appeal and new windows throughout.

“We’re exceptionally pleased to add these properties to our portfolio,” says Mike Zucker, managing partner for Peak Properties. Peak Properties is a full-service property management company that oversees more than $3 billion in residential and commercial real estate assets throughout the Chicagoland area.
