Peak Properties Adds Regional Property Manager
Michelle Donaldson has been appointed to the newly-developed role of regional property manager for Peak Properties, LLC, based on Chicago’s North Side.
“Michelle is a key addition to the Peak team and further solidifies our ongoing commitment to enhancing our portfolio of third-party management assignments,” said Mike Zucker, managing partner at Peak Properties. “Her experience and skillsets are a perfect fit for overseeing our high-rise residential properties and growing number of complex condominium deconversion projects.”
Donaldson’s career began with a part-time role which sparked her interest in pursuing a full-time career in real estate property management, where she has worked for owners directly as well as corporate property management firms.
Most recently, she served as a roving property manager with Pinnacle Property Management, where she supported a regional team overseeing operations for nine multifamily communities totaling more than 1,800 units.
