Peak Properties Adds Assignments in Lakeview and Hyde Park
Peak Properties has been selected to manage and lease a six-story mixed-use property in Lakeview’s Roscoe Village and a courtyard condominium deconversion in the South Side’s Hyde Park neighborhood.
1650 W. Roscoe St. features 55 apartments and four street-level retail spaces totaling 31,500 square feet in Lakeview/Roscoe Village. A 44-unit deconversion at 5124-32 S. Kimbark Ave. in Hyde Park caters to the University of Chicago and the businesses that surround it.
