Peak Construction Underway with Joliet Logistics Property

Peak Construction Corporation is underway with IDI Logistics’ new speculative warehouse, Rock Run Crossing, at Rock Run Crossings Business Park in Joliet, Illinois. Located at 4300 Olympic Boulevard, the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

Peak is teamed with Ware Malcomb and Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. The 219,041 square foot facility will feature 36’ clear height, 24 dock doors with 19 future, two drive-in doors, parking for 209 cars, 63 trailer parking stalls and 2,000 square feet of speculative office.

Rock Run Crossings is a two-building development located at the corner of I-80 and I-55. It features a 677,000-square-foot build-to-suit along with the speculative Class A industrial facility. The development is part of a 300-acre mixed-use project that provides great interstate access, making it an ideal location for local and regional distribution. The project is pursuing LEED® Certification for Rock Run Crossings.
