Peak Construction is building the latest addition to the Bristol Business Park, an industrial park in Bristol, WI that is entitled for up to three million square feet

Peak Construction Continues Buildout of Bristol Business Park in Southeast Wisconsin

Peak Construction Corporation continues construction in Janko Group’s Bristol Business Park (BBP) with Building 4. Peak completed Buildings 2 and 3 in BBP in 2022 and is continuing with site work at the Bristol, WI development.  

BBP is located three-quarters of a mile west of the first interchange along Interstate 94 in the Southeast Wisconsin industrial submarket. Totaling 225 acres, the business park is fully entitled for up to 3.0 million square feet, with 2.4 million square feet completed or under construction, including 1.7 million square feet already leased. 

Building 4 is a rear-load, 157,043-square-foot facility with a 32’ clear height, 24 docks, two drive-in doors, 212 car spaces and a build-to-suit office space. Kelly P. Harris is the architect, Manhard Consulting is the civil engineer, Janko Group is the developer and Cushman & Wakefield is the marketing agent. The building’s expected completion is in the third quarter of 2023.
