Peak Construction Completes Blackhawk Industrial Tenant Improvement

Peak Construction Corporation has completed Blackhawk Industrial Distribution’s tenant improvement in Strongsville, Ohio, for Scannell Properties.

The tenant improvement has leased 56,000 square feet, inside the 310,000 square foot building Peak previously constructed, which includes 32’ clear height, nine total docks, three new, all with levelers, and 3,500 square feet of office. Peak was teamed with HSB Architects & Engineers.

Scannell Properties is a privately held real estate development and investment company that focuses on build-to-suit and speculative development of industrial, office, and multifamily facilities throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. Since its inception in 1990, Scannell Properties has completed 850 development projects totaling 140 million square feet.
