Peak Construction Awarded Scannell Properties’ Interstate Aviation Hub in OH

Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Scannell Properties’ Interstate Aviation Hub in Union, Ohio.

The 305,480-square-foot speculative building with 36’ clear height will feature 34 docks, two drive-in doors, 26 knock-out panels, 130 car spaces, 83 trailer stalls and 2,755 square feet of office. Peak is teamed with architect Ware Malcomb and civil engineer Arcadis. Project completion is expected in Q2 of 2027.

Strategically positioned at the intersection of I-70 and I-75, with Dayton International Airport just minutes away, Interstate Aviation Hub delivers exceptional transportation access. The park’s proximity to both interstate corridors provides direct connectivity to densely populated communities.

Scannell Properties focuses on build-to-suit and speculative development of industrial, office, and multifamily facilities throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. Since 1990, Scannell Properties has completed 615 development projects totaling 150 million square feet. Peak Construction Corporation is a privately held, design-build firm based in Chicago.
