Peabody 76K-SF Self-Storage Facility Changes Hands

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of Andover Street Self Storage, a newly constructed self-storage facility in Peabody, Massachusetts. The name of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.  

Located at 155 Andover St, 13 miles north of Boston, the Class A facility spans 76,396 square feet and features over 1,100 units.  

Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher, and Gabriel Coe of Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office were the investment specialists responsible for marketing the property.
