PE Firm Inks Whole Floor at 410 Park Ave 

TriPost Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm, is leasing a full floor of office space at 410 Park Ave in Plaza District.  

The company will be relocating and expanding from its current space at 654 Madison Ave to occupy the entire 14th floor of 410 Park Ave, totaling 11,885 square feet. The property offers multiple usable terraces and is the only full-floor opportunity in the building. 410 Park Ave has undergone upgrades with amenities including a private lounge, conference room, golf simulator, and fitness center. 

JLL’s Paul Glickman, Benjamin Bass, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan, Harrison Potter represented Global Holdings in the lease with TriPost Capital Partners. The tenant was represented by JLL’s Evan Margolin and Scott Ansel.
