PDX Opens Coworking Space at Office Tower in Downtown Portland

A new 19,290-square-foot co-working space has opened in downtown Portland’s Fox Tower.

The co-working space, Co-Working PDX, was delivered by TMT Development, which owns Fox Tower, amid an increased demand for office space at Fox Tower, reported the Portland Business Journal.

Co-Working PDX offers fully furnished workspaces for 1-20 people, with private offices, dedicated cubes, and open desks. “It helps fill a gap in the market for where people work,” said President and CEO of TMT Development Vanessa Sturgeon in a news release. “This shift we’re seeing in the need for additional space downtown demonstrates that people are returning to offices, which will increase foot traffic and serve as a boost for restaurants, retail shops and other businesses in the area.”

Fox Tower is situated in Portland’s Central Business District across from Pioneer Square and Director Park. Located at 805 SW Broadway,
