Michael Swain has joined PDB Construction as vice president and Marty Mansch has been promoted to general superintendent

PDB Construction Adds Two to Leadership Team

PDB Construction has made two additions to its leadership team. Michael Swain has joined the Buffalo Grove, IL-based firm as VP, and Marty Mansch has been promoted to general superintendent.

Swain has 23 years’ experience in construction management and commercial real estate development. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 2.2 million square feet of industrial and commercial projects. He also has expertise in medical office and retail building.

Mansch is a construction industry veteran with more than 30 years’ experience. He joined PDB in 2021 as superintendent. Much of his career has been focused on “ground up” commercial construction assignments.

In these new roles, Swain and Mansch will oversee construction of commercial facilities with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency. PDB Construction is currently managing projects for clients in Illinois, Ohio, and Texas, and is rapidly expanding into other markets.
