PCI Pharma Leases 105K-SF at Otay Mesa’s Brown Field
Cushman & Wakefield has completed a new lease for a 105,000-square-foot industrial building in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego. The tenant is PCI Pharma Services, a pharmaceutical development services company, which leased the freestanding building at Brown Field Tech Park I.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Brant Aberg represented the landlord, Hines in the lease transaction. “We are thrilled to add PCI Pharma to Brown Field Tech Park I, a Class-A industrial project that is well positioned near multiple freeways and airports,” said Aberg in a news release. “Otay Mesa continues to be one of San Diego’s most sought-after industrial submarkets experiencing enormous growth.”
Brown Field Tech Park I consists of two fully-leased building on 13.5 acres. The property, located just off SR-905 at Brittania Boulevard, features divisible spaces with a variety of bay sizes, 32’ clear heights, grade/dock-high loading doors, ESFR sprinkler systems and concrete truck courts.
