PCH Hotels & Resorts Opens Third-Party Hotel Management Services Platform

Mobile, AL-based PCH Hotels & Resorts — a hospitality management, acquisition and development company — has expanded its menu to include third-party hotel management services for additional ownership groups.

“Historically, we have provided third-party hotel operations services for a select group of hoteliers, but as the market continues to rebound post-pandemic, we believe now is the time to begin offering our services to a larger pool,” said Jim Buckalew, chairman and CEO of PCH Hotels & Resorts. “With a growing number of hotels expected to change hands during 2023, an increased need for superior operators is needed.”

PCH Hotels & Resorts provides hotel operations, food and beverage management, revenue management, spa operations, capital budget management, accounting services, human resources and IT services. The company is a partner and preferred operator with Marriott and IHG, and manages Autograph and Renaissance brands as well as the Outlet Shops of Grand River and the Montgomery Performing Arts Center and Convention Center.

About Lisa McDuffie

Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
