PCCP, Watermark Will Develop Single-Family Rentals in Twin Cities

A joint venture of PCCP, LLC and Watermark Companies will develop Canvas at Woodbury North, an 89-unit single-family for-rent (SFR) community in Woodbury, MN. Located in the northern portion of the city close to Lake Elmo, the project is anticipated to deliver the first homes in fall 2022 with final completion expected in fall 2023 and will be the joint venture’s second purpose-built SFR community on the east side of the Twin Cities.

Canvas at Woodbury North will feature stand-alone residences with large lot sizes. Floor plans will include single-story and multi-story homes.

“Watermark is currently the only SFR developer experienced and active in the Twin Cities,” said VP Alexandra Schultz with PCCP. “This project provides PCCP with the opportunity to expand our partnership with Watermark and develop another Class A SFR community that we believe will deliver a unique product offering in a desirable submarket.”
