PCCP & Panattoni Unveil Vancouver Industrial Projects

A joint venture between PCCP, LLC and Panattoni Development Company has announced the development of two infill industrial parks in the Portland, OR submarket of Vancouver, WA. The projects, Vancouver Logistics II and Hidden Glen Logistics, will feature three Class A industrial buildings totaling 626,000 square feet.

Vancouver Logistics II (pictured), located at 7600 NE 88th Street, consists of two 32’ clear height buildings totaling 339,000 square feet while Hidden Glen Logistics, situated at 6920 NE Saint Johns Road, is a 287,000-square-foot building on 16.6 acres with a rare one-acre trailer yard.

“We are pleased to partner once again with Panattoni on a high-quality industrial project in a supply-constrained market,” said PCCP’s Matt Cochran. “Portland has been a target industrial market for PCCP because we believe it has high barriers to entry, strong connectivity, a limited industrial pipeline and a low vacancy rate.”

Both properties are within 5 miles of the I-205/I-5 interchange, giving them easy accessibility to Portland International Airport and the Ports of Portland and Vancouver.
