PCCP, Panattoni JV Plan 1.13M-SF in Spec Developments

PCCP, LLC formed two joint ventures with Panattoni Development Company, Inc. for speculative industrial developments in Buford, GA and Richmond, VA totaling more than 1.13 million square feet.

In Richmond, the joint venture will develop Commerce Road Logistics Center, a two‐phased, two‐building concrete tilt‐up Class A warehouse/distribution center totaling 923,400 square feet. The 62-acre land parcel along I‐95 south of downtown Richmond was sold by an undisclosed corporate seller. Construction is expected to begin in fall 2017, and delivery of the first building is planned for Q3 2018.

In Buford, a 208,656-square-foot concrete tilt‐up, front‐load Class A industrial building (pictured) is planned on a 17-acre site on Broadmoor Boulevard in Atlanta’s Northeast submarket. The project is part of Panattoni’s Buford Logistics Center, which includes three adjacent warehouse buildings totaling nearly 1.4 million square feet. Construction of this site is anticipated to begin immediately, with completion expected in early 2018.
