PCCP, LLC and Portman Holdings to Develop Boutique Office in Old Fourth Ward

PCCP, LLC, has formed a joint venture with Portman Holdings for the ground-up development of O4W Office, a 143,500-square-foot, Class A-plus boutique office building with ground-floor retail in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta, GA.

The property on Auburn Avenue will be LEED certified and will consist of three stories of office space (136,600 square feet) over one story of ground-floor retail (6,900 square feet) and two levels of parking.  O4W will have 11,000 square feet of outdoor space with 300 feet of linear frontage along the Beltline.

O4W is situated in a on Auburn Avenue along the Atlanta Beltline’s Eastside Trail. The Beltline is a 22-mile greenway and outdoor amenity that has spurred over $4.6 billion of investment across Atlanta over the last decade that has transformed the surrounding area into a premier live-work-play neighborhood.

The property’s location is near retail and restaurant amenities and over 12,000 new apartment units.
