PCCP JV Launches Phase 2 of Indy Business Park

PCCP LLC formed a joint venture with Indianapolis-based Strategic Capital Partners LLC for the speculative development of the next phase of Metro Air Business Park. The 100-acre site allows for the development of up to 1.2 million square feet in Plainfield, IN, one of Indianapolis’ leading industrial submarkets.

Phase II will total 724,878 square feet across two buildings known as Metro 8 and 9. Construction is scheduled to begin in August, with completion expected for the second quarter of 2020.

“Metro Air 8 and 9 will deliver quality modern buildings in the heart of the Indianapolis industrial market, which is also a market where we recently executed on a similar business plan,” said PCCP VP Ryan Dodge. PCCP and Strategic Capital began the first phase of Metro Air Business Park in October 2017, and sold it this past May.
