PCCP, Distribution Realty Group Team on Three-Building Industrial Project in Spring Hill

PCCP, LLC, and Distribution Realty Group have formed a joint venture for the speculative development of Beechcroft Industrial Park at 825-845 Beechcroft Road in Spring Hill, TN. The three-building project will total 815,530 square-feet on a 63-acre site located 38 miles south of downtown Nashville.

Beechcroft Industrial Park will consist of three buildings: 228,580 square feet (rear loading), 244,950 square feet (rear loading) and 342,000 square feet (cross docked). The park will include 716 car parking spaces and 119 trailer parking spaces.

The site’s location is expected generate demand from tenants including automotive-related suppliers due to its proximity to the General Motors plant (7.9 million square feet and 3,700 employees).

Nashville is ranked the 25th largest industrial market in the US with a total inventory of 207 million square feet and a growth spurt of 30% over the past 10 years, attracting developers and tenants seeking distribution access to Atlanta, Memphis, Louisville and Charlotte.
