PCCP and Paran Homes Team Up Again for SFR Community in Stone Mountain

A joint venture between PCCP, LLC, and Paran Homes is planning to begin the development of Heritage at Panola, a 130-unit single-family for-rent community located at 1717 Panola Road in Stone Mountain, GA. The project is the JV’s second joint effort.

Heritage at Panola is situated on a 22.9-acre site and will consist of 36 four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom interior townhome units; 20 four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom end cap townhome; and 74 four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom detached single-family home units.

The property will feature an amenity center for residents with pool and cabana, clubhouse, common patio, walking trails, dog park, and on-site management.

The site is along two east/west thoroughfares (US 278 and US 20) 16 miles east of downtown Atlanta. The property is adjacent to a variety of retail including Publix, Lowes, Walmart Supercenter and the Mall at Stonecrest.

With land development already in process, the community is expected to become operational in 2024.
